/01Our mission

Making more space for women in data.

We believe more women in data and AI lead to better solutions for everyone. That is why we connect women in the industry, share knowledge, and open doors for those just starting out. We inspire, support, and create real career opportunities — without barriers or fees.

/02What we do

Four pillars of community

Meetups, knowledge, and relationships that help you grow at your own pace.

    Networking

Meet women working in data & AI

  • 02

  • 04

    Community

Be part of a movement for change

/03Global movement

Local community. Global change.

Women in Big Data began in San Francisco in 2015 — with 15 people and one chapter. Today, it is a non-profit organisation of more than 20,000 members across dozens of chapters on six continents.

Women in Big Data Poland is the Polish chapter in that story. We began in 2025 and are only getting started.
